Surrounded by lush Devon rolling hills, The Cadeleigh Arms is situated in the heart of the farming community of Cadeleigh, 11 miles from Exeter, 6 miles from the market town of Tiverton and less than two miles from Bickleigh with its Mill, Craft Centre, Castle and the Devon Railway Centre.

In its two hundred plus years, The Cadeleigh Arms has seen many changes, going from cottages to a dairy to stables and, after being destroyed by fire in 1892, finally settling on what we have today, a haven of comfort in this busy world.

We provide open fires, quality service and an intelligent menu based on the finest locally sourced ingredients, from an area that produces the famous Devon Red Ruby cows and world class cheeses, wine (yes wine), ice cream and of course, clotted cream; all combine to make every visit a special occasion.
