Option 1 - M5 to Junction 27 Exit and proceed as above.

Option 2 - Take A396 signed posted towards Tiverton.  This road passes up the Exe Valley. On reaching Bickleigh cross the River Exe - do not follow the road round to the right but take the road straight ahead signed posted Credition Cadeleigh - You will see the Cadeleigh Arms sign proceed as above.
